The history of Pop Gems dates back to the early 1970's. From the start we have been serving the jewelry industry with the finest cut diamonds imported directly from Israel, Russia, Belgium and Thailand, which has earned us a very respectable position and reputation in the diamond industry. We have manufacturing sites in Thailand, Israel and Los Angeles, which supply us with ideal cut stones aside from round brilliant cut diamonds. You will be pleased to find that our extensive inventory boasts both fancy color diamonds as well as the full range of fancy shaped diamonds.

All of our diamonds are available in melee sizes to 10 carats with or without certification. We work in conjunction with GIA, AGS and EGL Laboratories as well as a few other independent laboratories to bring you the most precise and consistent grades in gemstones. Due to the variety of laboratories available to us we have the ability to cater to your specific needs.

Payment options

Jewelry purchased from Pop Gems, Intl. can be acquired by Wire Transfer. This is an accepted and secure method of payment. Please contact us for instructions.

We also accept Certified Bank Checks, Money Orders or Personal Checks. Items paid by personal checks will be shipped immediately once funds are cleared (normally 5-7 business days).

Shipment

All purchases made with Pop Gems, Intl. are shipped with FedEx Overnight Priority via Federal Express. Items will arrive within 24 hours upon confirmation of payment. All shipments are insured through FedEx for full purchase price.

Returns and Refunds

Diamonds purchased from Pop Gems, Intl. may be returned for a refund, for any reason, within 30 days of the date the diamond was shipped. The diamond must be accompanied with the original certificate. Diamonds unaccompanied with the original certificate will not be honored for a refund. The diamond must also be in new condition and intact in original setting.

Pop Gems, Intl. will refund the purchase price of the diamond if returned within the timeframe and manner specified above. Labor for altering ring sizes and changes in jewelry, and original shipping will not be refunded.

Jewelry must be shipped to us pre-paid via registered mail or UPS and insured for full purchase price in order to qualify for a refund.
